We are still accepting and fulfilling orders as usual, but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched due to the current high order volume in our warehouse.

CONVENIENT DELIVERY – YOU CHOOSE WHEN AND WHERE
We use Parcel Force for all orders within Mainland UK. Standard Delivery usually dispatched within 3 – 5 working days, although we endeavour to dispatch earlier than this where possible. Please see below for more information.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery that will allow you to choose whether to:
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Deliver to a local post office for collection at a time that’s more convenient for you
- Deliver on another working day if that day is not convenient
If you don’t provide a number and you aren’t in, you’ll be left a card that will allow you to select from the above options.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.
The below delivery costs apply to each box of up to and including box of 48 330ml cans.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bach95 and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched (with a text message on the day of delivery if your parcel is shipped with Parcel Force). Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Regarding any beer, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at info@bach95.com
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at info@bach95.com and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
